The Executive Senate Legislature of European Continental University is the combination of the American and European Union vision with the mission of International option in awarding Vocational and Professional Degree Qualifications. The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) has the authority in formalising the structure of awarding rights and concepts of the standards. The main collaborators of ECU are the UK attributed Professional Body, the Corporation of Executive and Administration (CEA) and UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL) The ECU’s Executive Court of Governors wishes to maintain and confirm the European Union infra structure as per the incorporation of memorandum of article.

The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) is fully answerable to the ECU’s Court of Governors with regards to the formulation of the rules and regulations in `awarding concept and procedures.’ Any change in the operation or adoption must have the final approval of the Court of Governors. A candidate is assessed under the scheme of Accreditation for Career Progress Development (ACPD) or Affirmation for Prior Experience & Learning (PEL) or Academic Route Tutorial (ART).
The award indemnification of the awards as follows;

1.ACPD – The Certification will be categorised as Professional Degree
2.APEL – The Certification will be categorised as Knowledge Degree
3.ART – The Certification will be categorised as Learning Degree
