he European Continental University is the combination of the American/European vision with the mission of International option in awarding Vocational and Professional Degree Qualifications. The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) has the authority in formalising the structure of awarding rights and standards. The main collaborators of the ECU are Europe’s incorporated educational establishments. The ECU’s Executive Court of Governors wishes to maintain and confirm the European Union infra structure. The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) is fully answerable to the Court of Governors with regards to the formulation of the rules and regulations in awarding concepts and procedures.’ Any change in the operation or adoption must have the final approval of the Court of Governors. The Vice and Deputy President of the Executive Senate Legislature are responsible for the entire supervision of the day to date operation of the University. The Pro- President is responsible for the Academic Programmes. The Court of Governors has the final authority in determining whether to extend or terminate an individual’s position within the Executive Senate Legislature. The officials hold their positions on a honorary basis. The ESL shall comprise of :
